Description
The Prone Breast System was created with a focus on ensuring patient comfort, re-positional accuracy and simplicity in use.
A breast cancer immobilization solution designed to reduce radiation exposure to the chest wall, cardiac tissue and lungs. The Bionix Prone Breast System has several points of indexing to ensure reproducibility and is composed of sturdy yet lightweight foam, to ensure patient comfort and ease of use for the Radiation Therapist. Additionally, the breast bridge is composed of carbon-fiber for rigidity and the 15-degree contralateral wedge assists in patient tilt.
The kit includes an arm rest cushion, leg cushion, head rest assembly, standard breast bridge, 15-degree contralateral wedge and hand posts. A large breast insert is available.
This is a reusable device.

Contraindications
